Valentines Day Compound Word Activity
I have created a center activity for that very special day coming up....that's right...Valentines Day!! I find it funny that my husband and I don't celebrate this day but I will be doing all things Valentines in my classroom. I hope that you enjoy this center with your students!!!

btw, i think it is a great idea to have your students tell you a sight word when they leave the door for recess! i am going to steal that idea!
what reading program do you use? it looks like we have the same one...
We use Houghton Mifflin. What do you use...if we use the same, I will let you know that I am working on some, "If you give a Pig a Pancake!"
Thanks for sharing! I used this cute activity with my kids this week and they loved it! I cut the hearts in half with wavy scissors for a "broken heart" effect, haha!
