Keeping up with this blog is teaching how to live in such a small space. This week a reader of the blog asked about spice racks and the most efficient way to store them. I was interested in this because I have a small kitchen with little storage and counter space. They suggested not having a whole spice rack because first the spices don't last as long when they are on the counter and many times with spice racks you don't use all the spices provided with the rack. There solution was to install a small rack on the inside of a cabinet door. This keeps the spices off the counter and in a dark place where they should be. It also will keep you from having spices you don't even use. Awww....Great Solution!
